Staying Healthy into your 70s and Beyond

A friend of ours asked me about doing a blog about health, in general. Maybe some of you know, but I have been an advocate of low carbohydrate, clean eating for many years. This blog will include information I have found on exercise, food, vitamins, etc. My first suggestion is to look at your own habits - are they making you feel good, or do you feel like crap? Do you need to lose some weight? How much sugary foods do you eat in a day? (Be sure to click on all the blue highlighted links for more info.)

My Exercise Routine

I have been trying to get back into an exercise routine, but if I have videos they are much easier to understand. I start out my day with a 2 mile walk with Lucy; half way through I do 35 pushups on a picnic table seat. Oh, and also while walking I do my face exercises (shared below). Then back to the trailer to finish.

How does alcohol affect the body?

As I mentioned in my blog on staying healthy into your 70s and beyond, I quit drinking in October 2019. The only thing I drank was wine ~~ Franzia White Zinfandel, but I just did not enjoy the way it made me feel, even though I only had two glasses in the evening. I had this section in my other blog, but decided to make a post on just alcohol and the effect it has on the body ~~

Let's Talk About Magnesium

What's the best magnesium to take? Did you know there are quite a few types of magnesium and they all do something different? So when I hear doctors say that people are not taking enough magnesium, I have to ask "What kind do you recommend?" What is the most common magnesium if you go to Walmart and buy it off the shelf?

Jim's Prostate Cancer & Alternative Cancer Methods

Jim's PSA number has been steadily rising over the past year and his prostate biopsy in 2021 came back negative. From that biopsy, he ended up developing a severe testicular infection that lasted a few weeks. He went through weeks of different antibiotics and it finally went away. Needless to say, we will not be going back to this urologist. We also decided to switch his primary care physician. (Be sure to click on all the blue highlighted links for more info.)

What is going on with the Covid-19 Jab -- Six Years Later

It's 2026, and people are still living the nightmare of the Covid 19 shot. Will it ever end?

The amount of injuries and deaths that are associated with the Covid Jab keeps growing. It's truly heart wrenching to hear about all the deaths and injuries inflicted upon the American people by its own government. The lies perpetrated by the medical community has caused a rift to such an extent -- can we even believe our doctors anymore?

I am continually finding articles and videos on the dangerous effects of the Covid virus and jab from 2020. People are still dying, getting cancer, heart attacks. Babies dying in utero, women's menstrual cycles abnormal. It's a tragedy what this government did to the people.
